Now you know

Perhaps you've noticed that I've slowed down a bit on the blog. It's been a few months since the last update of Davis County photos. This is not because I'm not taking pictures anymore. I just passed the 10,000 mark on my camera. For the second time this year. And that is just one of my three cameras.

There are many reasons for my slowing down.

1. I don't have time anymore.

2. I don't have any evidence anyone's looking at them.

OK, so there aren't many reasons. There are two.

Should any one of the two change, I might change as well.

In the meantime, some cute wave pictures from a few recent parades.

It was a night to learn about inventions and innovators, both those from history and those still discovering and innovating today. January 24, 2011 - Opening of the Legislature

The opening of the 2011 Legislature took place at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 24. It is an impressive event to see two of our governing bodies begin their work with prayer, a tribute to the flag, music from our state's youth and words of challenge and inspiration, bringing history and the future together with equal import. Close-ups feature many of the representatives and senators for Davis County.
